Partnership Announcement: Telos x LEDGER

Update (Sept, 27, 2023): tEVM is now available via Ledger Live on iOS!

Telos announces its newest partnership with LEDGER, the Paris-based leader in hardware wallets, crypto asset custody and security. Through the partnership, TLOS will officially be supported across all of LEDGER’s hardware wallets now and into the future, producing a new environment through which the Telos community can safely and securely store their digital assets.

When will the partnership officially launch?

Support for TLOS (Telos EVM) on LEDGER devices is live as of this week! Add Telos to your Ledger Device via the LEDGER Live app on Desktop, iOS, and Android devices. Please ensure your ledger live app is up-to-date and that the Ethereum app is added (this is where you will interact w/ TLOS). Users are also now able to interact with apps on our EVM securely with ledger paired with Metamask. Follow the guides below to get started!

Setting up TLOS in Ledger Live

Step 1: Select “Add Account” in the accounts tab in the ledger live app and search for telos.

Step 2: Wait for device synchronization.

Step 3: Name account and select add account to finish.

Step 4: Once completed select “Done”.

Connecting your Ledger to Metamask

Step 1: Select “Connect Hardware Wallet” in the drop-down menu on Metamask, it will then bring you to the page below.

Step 2: Select Ledger and plug your Ledger wallet into your computer, then unlock it and open the Ethereum app. Select continue once completed.

Step 3: Your device will appear on a dropdown list, select your wallet and click “Connect”.
